
this is what i cooked today! teringin nak makan asam pedas style melaka..tapi masih kurang Ommph! need to practice more or tambah sket belacan/serai kot..hehehe
esok tatau nak masak apa...myb carik ikan lagi kot or makan ayam ker..dunno what to eat...rasa2 kat Youtube ada cara2 menyiang ikan tak? i'm such a sucker in that! hehehe tak pun esok cari potato jer and buat kari daging cincang..nak kena google resipi kari daging cincang nih...hehehe best2...
tadi attend Tupperware talk on their Health Products Lacto-Fiber and BerryGen..
hiks pecah lobang! yup i joined tupperware as a member..saja jer sbb rasa nak kumpul harta sikit2...saya mengaku saya dah tua..so utk masa depan kan! hehehe
attend talk tue dptla bawak balik sample for both products..hehe best gak bleh menerai..and during the talk, the speaker is a physician that have her own clinic..she practices more for herbal products..ala2 mcm Homeopati kot?? ntah..tapi dia ckp kena makan up to 80% of kenyang..camner tue...kalau pegi buffet area make sure ambik vege 1st then baru letak meat and lastly baru taruk nasi..hehehe..
