Health Tips

Sejak dua menjak nih, badan tak sekuat mcm dulu2..
hehehe mcm org tua pulak bunyinya..adoi
and as you know i'm really become more concious about the health of my body.
masa mula2 masuk keje kat sini, i had a problem with going to the loo..
bayangkan dlm 3 hari tak semestinya pegi membuang..susah tul...sometimes seminggu 2 kali jer..
told my mom and she is so worried bout me...nak kata tak makan, i ate a lot, siap beli pisang and buah2 tapi tak jalan pun...huhuhu...so i remember Aminah told me once that if after waking up in the morning, before brushing your teeth pegi minum secawan air suam..tak yah gurgle mulut buang air liur basi tue..telan jer...it is good for your digestion and senang nak 'membuang' pagi2 tue..so i practiced it...alhamdulillah, without failure pegi membuang pagi2....kalau azan subuh terus bangun and Onkan kettle tue..once siap buat air masak and minum.. tak lama lps tue mesti nak membuang :) you should try it..tak silap Rasullullah S.A.W pun amalkan minum air pagi2 lps bangun tido..correct me if i'm wrong.


satu lagi, dulu memang suka lar bersulam minum air semasa makan..mana tak ada tummy yg buncit nih! huhuhu now i'm trying so hard after 30 minutes taking a meal, baru minum air..so far alhamdulillah it is good! cuma yg malas nak buat adalah sit up..hehehe ntah bila nak start...sbb if buat sit up bangun tido and sebelum tido, mmg bleh kempis perut2 nih :P


and as of now i'm taking 2 supplements...satu EPO and another one is Vit B complex...huhuhuhu kena amik dah sbb body tak ok nih...bygkan towards petang while driving rasa ngantuk sangat2..mcm no energy..so tgh amalkan nih...we will see what is the result..


not to mention i strictly ensured that i'm drinking water at least 3L per day...to ensure my skin is hydrated...bayangkan mai kerja bawak bekas air tupperware yg 1.5L hehehe the other day when i was teaching, i take a seat and bring out the tumbler...one of my students saw it and he laughed out loud..hampeh tul, siap bleh usik aku lagi ckp "cik esok saya bawak jag air ek" hampeh2...hahaha biarla org nak gelakkan, yg nak sihat aku! ehehehe the sad part, tak leh refil air sbb leceh kan...so siang hari confirm abikan 1.5L tapi malam..aku tak sure...rasa bergelas2 gi amik air.. hehehe


those are what i'm currently practicing...hehehe even makan pun dah control sket, bfst mmg bancuh satu mug of oats with raisins...then munch green apples kalau lapar dlm kul 11 tue..lunch as usual, i prefer to eat more greens however kat kantin sgtla limited vegetables dia..huhuhu..at night what i do is normally amik oats..once in a while i will eat mee/maggi hahaha (teruk tul diet nih) kdg2 makan jer tapi mmg avoid taking rice malam...siang masa lunch time jer makan nasi..hehe


one thing i have not done is not taking any 3 in 1 coffees..hahah ada satu peket lagi..lps nih harap2 tangan tak gatal lar nak membeli lagi...i need to cut down taking caffeine, kena paksa minum green tea nih! what brand yg sedap ek? yg i beli nih tak best sgt..huhuhu
