target to use it by next week..insya Allah bleh punya!

skrg my 'temporary housemate' sakan nak berexcercise..
dia ada beli buku yoga..hahaha teringat zmn kat FF with janis..
so i searched at youtube sbb nak suruh akak buat dgn betul lar...sbb dlm buku mmg ada explaination but it is much easier to watch live kan! hehehe
semlm try buat balik the simple pose..haa amik ko sakit2 badan ku...nampak sgt dah lama tak buat! hehehe
*a bit worried how am i gonna survive BTN dgn nak kena lari 2km within 20mins..hahahaha yana ajak saing dgn dia..mau aku semput nnt..wakakakak
stamina is still ZERO!
